1. A chatbot developed using Rasa Sdk, able to schedule appointments, reschedule appointments, cancel appointments, schedule Emergency appointments and call, provide details about Doctor and Complete and Approve Appointments.

2. It takes insight from the department, patient symptoms, and patient disease while processing appointments.
